Job Description

Building Maintenance & Customer Support Executive
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented *Building Maintenance & Customer Support
Executive to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and customer service activities at
*Crossing Republik Prabhat Heights*. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resident
complaints, addressing maintenance issues, and ensuring timely resolution of queries related to the
building’s upkeep, recharge of prepaid metering and amenities.
*ROLE DESCRIPTION *
- Complaint Handling: Receive, log, and address all resident complaints related to building
maintenance, facilities, and other concerns.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations, coordinate with
vendors and service providers for repairs, and ensure that common areas, equipment, and
infrastructure are well-maintained.
- Query Management: Act as the first point of contact for residents' queries, providing timely and
accurate information about building services, rules, and maintenance schedules.
- Issue Resolution: Ensure quick and efficient resolution of maintenance issues, including electrical,
plumbing, and structural repairs, working closely with the technical team.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party service providers for regular maintenance, repair, and
facility management tasks, ensuring the quality and timeliness of their work.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of complaints, service requests, and work orders.
Provide periodic reports on maintenance activities and customer satisfaction levels.
- Budget Management: Assist in tracking maintenance expenses and ensuring cost-effective
solutions for building upkeep.
- Preventive Maintenance: Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize
breakdowns and avoid emergency repairs.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or
customer support roles, preferably in residential or commercial complexes.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle
complaints and queries professionally and empathetically.
Salary – Rs.20000/- to Rs.25000/-
